Hannah Nathe

Owner/Stylist, Hannah Ann, started her cosmetology career right here at Salon Alexis in January of 2021. After graduating from Minnesota State Community College in Wadena, Hannah knew is was her passion to work with an elite team of professionals who shared in her similar standards. 
Hannah loves women's colors, cuts and highlights, but specializes in hair extensions and manicures & pedicures, including nail design! 
Hannah is dedicated to providing the best service possible for her guests, starting with a thorough consultation!  She looks forward to meeting new guests and helping them "be their own kind of beautiful!"


 

Jenel Palm

Master Stylist & Board Certified Haircolorist, Jenel, has been in the industry since 1998! She co-owned Salon Alexis for 20 years and is now mentoring and supporting the team. Her passion and drive have brought her many places in her career, including working and training at Juut Salon in Minneapolis and Colours Salon in Boulder, CO. However, Jenel's heart belonged to Alexandria, and she eventually moved back to the area to bring her knowledge and skills to Salon Alexis.

She has continued to follow her love for education by seeking advanced training all over the U.S., from LA to New York. Her dedication to color led her to become an "American Board Certified Haircolorist" in 2002. One of Jenel's goals is to always strive to do her best and continually educate herself in this ever-changing industry. Her attention to detail and ability to create a unique look for each individual guest are of utmost importance to her. "I want you to love your hair!" Some of Jenel's favorite things to create are personalized haircuts, natural-looking and beautiful color, customized blonding, and simply healthy hair!

 

Lisa Ann Schaible

As a current PMU Specialist, Lisa Ann began her career in the hair industry 24 years ago! She started off right here at Salon Alexis! After 4 years of hard work, she added to her resume by becoming a National Educator for Pureology. For the next 9 years, Lisa received education in California, New York, Orlando, and New Orleans, then traveled the country educating other salon professionals. Her work included providing hands-on education at salons all over the U.S. as well as platform work at large hair shows and fashion shows. Lisa also pursued her love for color by becoming a Certified Redken Colorist in 2008. Other trainings include trips to "Bumble and bumble University" in New York City learning advanced cutting and coloring techniques.

In 2018, Lisa Ann became certified in Microblading and a licensed tattoo artist. In early 2024, she expanded her permanent makeup services to include Permanent Eyeliner and Lip Blushing.

Chloe Collins

Chloe brings contagious energy to every appointment and loves meeting new clients! After graduating from high school in Benson, MN, she earned her cosmetology degree from Ridgewater College in Willmar. Chloe began her career at Salon Alexis, where she has been providing outstanding service for the past four years. Chloe specializes in haircuts, custom colors, blonding services, pedicures, and manicures!

Tina Brewer

For the past three years, Tina has been bringing her energy, expertise, and creativity to Salon Alexis! A seasoned professional, Tina spent eight years as an assistant manager, completed advanced color training, and attended countless hair shows and conventions. Her drive to stay on top of the latest trends and techniques keep her work fresh - and her passion for the industry is stronger than ever!

In 2022, Tina relocated her family to the Alexandria area, and has loved it here ever since! She offers a wide array of services from everything hair to facials, manicures, pedicures, body waxing!

 

Camille Naig

Camille has been a part of the Salon Alexis team for two years and currently serves as our Salon Manager. A graduate of Ridgewater College in Willmar, Camille is known for her unmatched attention to detail and her genuine connection with every client she meets! Her services include haircuts, custom colors, blonding services, pedicures, and manicures - all delivered with exceptional care and precision.


Camille has been committed to continuing education to execute the best work possible! Although her schedule is busy, she is still currently accepting new clients!

 

Kaeylnn Okerlund

Kaelynn grew up loving all things beauty! Her close attention to detail and willingness to learn is truly a gift. Kaelynn knows the Alexandria area very well as she was born and raised in the area! Kaelynn is a graduate from Minnesota State Community and Technical College! She has been a valued member of the Salon Alexis team for over 2 years now!

Kaelynn’s passion is all about hair! Her services include haircuts, custom colors, blonding services, conditioning/clarifying treatments, and also facial waxing!

 

Emma Walters

Emma has been a stylist at Salon Alexis for over a year, after previously welcoming guests as one of our friendly receptionists. Her love for the beauty industry shines through in every service she provides.

Emma has a passion for all things hair, with a special focus on custom blonding and personalized women’s cuts tailored to each guests style and lifestyle! Emma is currently building her clientele and would love the opportunity to have you in her chair!

 

Morgan Gunderson

Morgan join the Salon Alexis team in November of 2024! Morgan grew up in Blaine, MN, and shortly after completed her cosmetology training at Atelier Academy in Hopkins, MN. Morgan has exceptional attention to detail and does not hesitate to learn more to perfect her craft! Morgan offers haircuts, custom colors, blonding services, manicures, pedicures, lash lift and tints, and brow laminations!

Morgan is accepting new guests and can’t wait to “wow” you with her skills!

 

Haleigh Brendmoen

Haleigh is our newest Cosmetologist. Haleigh is a recent graduate of The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo! She is currently in our apprenticeship program and will soon be taking models!

 

Traci Klaphake

Traci has been behind the chair since 1995, beginning her career in North Dakota before moving to Minnesota! She has done it all from starting at Salon Alexis, to booth rental, to owning her own salon! She has recently came back to Salon Alexis and we are so grateful she is once again part of our team!

With decades of experience and extensive Redken color education, Traci brings both knowledge and passion to every appointment. She specializes in color and absolutely loves helping her guests feel confident, refreshed, and amazing when they leave her chair!

Her goal is simple: beautiful hair and happy clients!

 

Sarah Bitzan

Sarah is our new nail technician. Sarah is originally from Brandon, MN. She has been a nail technician for over a year and has been killing it! Her custom nail art is a service you don’t want to miss!

Sarah specializes in Gel X and Hard Gel but also offers regular gel manicures and pedicures! Sarah is working hard at building her clientele and can’t wait to meet you!

 

Janis Herickhoff

Janis is the newest esthetician to join our team, having recently graduated from the Model College in St. Cloud. Janis discovered early on her passion for skincare and has been committed to pursuing a career that allows her to help others look and feel their best. She is dedicated not only to mastering the esthetician craft but also to continually expanding her knowledge through ongoing education and training.

Jessa is our newest advanced esthetician! Jessa has one year experience as a basic esthetician, and has recently got her advanced license! Jessa loves all things skin and is dedicated to helping you find the right treatment for your skin type! Jessa is also great at creating a relaxing environment if you are just looking to unwind and pamper yourself!

Anastasiia Stepanets

Anastasiia is our newest lash tenchnician! Anastasiia began her lash career in Ukraine, where she developed her technique and passion for detailed, customized lash artistry. She is recently licensed in the United States and is eager to build a clientele!

Rose Stroot

Rose has been a valued member of our spa for two years. Rose graduated from Minnesota State Community and Technical College and has since been in the Alexandria area! She has a passion for relaxation and healing the body!

Her massage style focuses on Deep Tissue, Stretching, Sports and Touch Therapy massage! Her goal is to not only deliver the up most relaxation, but to heal the body to the best of her ability! Megan Higgs

Megan is the newest addition to our team of skilled massage therapists at Salon Alexis & Dayspa. She completed her studies at Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Wadena, where she developed a strong foundation in therapeutic massage techniques. Since graduating, Megan has been dedicated to perfecting her craft and has gained nearly three years of hands-on experience in the field. Her expertise includes deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, and hot stone therapy, allowing her to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of her clients.

Megan’s calming presence and skilled touch have quickly helped her build a loyal clientele, and she looks forward to helping you achieve relaxation and wellness through her specialized treatments.

Tawni has established herself as a friendly presence at the front desk, consistently greeting guests with a warm smile and delivering exceptional customer service. Tawni’s commitment to delivering exceptional service has made her an invaluable member of the team.

Natalie Petron

Natalie has been a valued member of our front desk team for nearly a year. Currently attending college, she brings focus, organization, and a positive attitude to everything she does. Her friendly personality and attention to detail help make every visit to the salon stress-free and enjoyable!
